Full Design Services- Renovation or New Build
Full design can mean different things for every project. Below are some of services we can provide to help the renovation or new build process.
Permit Drawings, Working Drawings & Millwork Packages
Depending on the size of the project, this can include the following-

Demolition and framing plans

Reflected Ceiling plans

Details of construction/millwork assemblies

Additions and Interior Alteration permit packages
Finishes and Material Selections
Source and select all of the components to complete the design. This can

All of these items are then documented in spreadsheets for trades to easily use and implement.
Construction Admin and Project Management
My role at the construction stage is to liaise with the contractor and
trades to ensure the design vision is carried out as per the drawings and
materials. With any new build or renovation, there are always challenges,
regularly scheduled site visits ensure no details are overlooked.

It is almost impossible to predict all the complexities that come with a remodel, so all of our work in this category is billed hourly. We can give you a quote estimate for the design work. There are varying levels of remodeling, making it possible to adjust the design to match your budget. If you have any questions about remodel design costs, please reach out to us. Design and Decor Consultation
This two-hour in-home consultation is great for the homeowner who wants some design direction to execute themselves but doesn't want the expense of full-service design and project management.
FLAT FEE $500 (+HST)
Things that we can do in this time include:

Suggesting new layout/plans
E-Design
